What is YOUR Daily Success Story?


To do YOUR workouts right, you gotta sweat. If you aren't pushing at least that hard you shouldn't be expecting much in return.

We want to know what it is that YOU do, that makes you excited and feeling that you have won the battle against doing nothing...Ugh!

Tell us your workout, your walk, run, lift, jump, hike, throw, kick, etc., etc., etc.!!!


I want everyone in here to be a HUGE resource for each other as a support Team....:)

PLEASE, come in, visit, and tell us your workout and motivation that made you tell the negative voices to "Shut Up & Sweat"!!!

    What keeps us motivated is to make sure we sign up for 5k/10k races well in advance. This commits us to the event(and who wants to BONK on race day?).

    This has been very successful for us, as it in a strange way, keeps us "Running Scared" as the race nears...:)
